Avera MyPlan is a new individual health insurance benefit plan for individuals and families (living in eastern South Dakota) without access to group health plans.

There are Five Plan Options to choose from to fit your budget and health care needs, including a Health Savings Account (HSA). Two of the plans offer first-dollar coverage prior to any applicable deductible or coinsurance. Options are available to add vision, preventive dental, preventive health and maternity coverage.
