The Athletic Republic Program (formerly the Frappier Acceleration Sports Training program) was started in Fargo, ND, by an exercise physiologist named John Frappier in 1990. Many years of research were involved in developing the program. It has spread to more than 160 sites nationwide and internationally. Avera St. Luke’s Sport Medicine has been incorporating the Athletic Republic programs (formerly Frappier Acceleration Program) into their sports training since 1995.
